Presentations can be made in two ways, PAPERS and POSTERS.
The number of presentations is however limited, and submissions are pre-selected through the review process. An extended abstract of up to two pages with 300 to 500 words including figures must be submitted for both types of presentations. All extended abstracts will be printed in the conference proceedings.
For PAPERS, the full paper must be original and unpublished anywhere else, and be six to 12 pages long. All papers will be included in the conference proceedings (USB). Selected papers will be invited to submit to JGG (Journal for Geometry and Graphics) or CADDM (Computer Aided Drafting, Design and Manufacturing).
Copyright Transfer Form with your signature in a PDF file must be submitted via EasyChair until 15th June. You can download a format file for the form in a DOC file from EasyChair. Please find the 'Templates' menu in the EasyChair system. The form for a full paper and that for a poster are different. Please, use the appropriate form.
At least one of the authors must attend the conference in order to present the paper. Online registration will be available on Registration & Payment page. Not only your presenation will be canceled but also your full paper and abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings if the registration and payment have not been completed until 15th June, 2017.
For only authors submitted with extended abstract and accepted, full paper must be submitted via EasyChair until 15th June. MS Word template .DOC file has already been sent to authors via e-mail (or can be downloaded from EasyChair).
Extended abstracts must be submitted via the EasyChair Conference System. The deadline is 31st January, 2017. 15th February, 2017 - Extended!! passed.

One ISO A0 size poster (841mm width x 1,149mm height) must be presented in the vertical (portrait) direction.
A short presentation is required. The short presentation is a short oral talk introducing your poster presentation. Please note that the short presentation should not be a detailed explanation but a simple introduction. You will have time to explain your research in detail during the time set aside for discussion immediately after the short presentation.
Time will be set aside for free discussion after the short presentation. During this time, you must stay in front of your poster to answer questions and informally discuss the contents of your poster.
